Simplex Bemanning is staffing a full-time Customer Service Representative role at Odenplan in Stockholm. The representative will handle incoming customer inquiries by phone, chat, and email, assisting with deliveries, invoices, returns, package tracking, and other common questions. The assignment requires immediate availability, strong Swedish and English communication skills, flexibility for variable daytime, evening, and weekend hours, and at least 80% workload; previous customer service experience is desirable. Pay is by agreement.
