The Customer Service Representative - Outbound works under the Inside Sales Manager to conduct outbound sales calls, manage assigned accounts, prospect new and existing business, handle customer service issues, process orders, and promote K&M Tire products, programs, and the company website. The role requires tire product knowledge, effective communication, organization, independent work, and proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel; a high school diploma or equivalent is the minimum qualification.
