Gateway Services is hiring a Customer Service Representative/Route Service Representative in Moncton, New Brunswick, for a full-time Monday-to-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. schedule with on-call availability and overtime as needed. The role involves visiting veterinary clinics, picking up deceased pets, transporting them, handling cremated remains, scanning and documenting pets, coordinating with clinics and pet parents, and delivering aftercare services. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, physical ability to lift up to 100 pounds, and the ability to work in varied weather and emotionally sensitive situations. Compensation is $22.00–$26.00 per hour, with medical, dental, and vision insurance and other benefits.
