Sandbox Group is hiring a temporary, on-site Customer Service Representative for its Leiturinha service in Poços de Caldas, Minas Gerais. The six-month contract runs Monday through Friday from 11:40 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with occasional Saturday shifts, and requires handling support and retention requests, triaging user requests, providing excellent customer service, and reporting feedback. The role requires customer service knowledge, a high school diploma, communication and persuasion skills, reading and writing ability, and the ability to learn customer service and call center systems.
