Catawiki is hiring an Interim Customer Service Representative for a fixed-term 8- or 7-month contract in Lisbon, Portugal, with possible extension. The role handles customer queries across chat, email, phone, and social media; resolves disputes between buyers and sellers; and collaborates with Sales, Experts, and other departments to improve customer experience. Candidates need 1–4 years of Customer Service or Content Moderation experience, Turkish and English communication skills, analytical ability, and availability for a hybrid schedule with at least two office days per week.
