UWV Almere is hiring a Customer Advisor to support employers in the Netherlands with telephone advice on work and benefits laws and regulations, analysis of complex customer questions, independent processing of requests, and service improvement. The role requires an MBO 4 diploma, strong communication skills, flexibility, and proximity to Almere; customer service experience is advantageous. It is a temporary three-month contract with possible permanent conversion, offering 24–36 hours per week, flexible scheduling, training, pension, and holiday pay.
