Simplex Bemanning is staffing a Customer Service Representative role in Vasastan, Stockholm, starting August 24. The position handles customer, merchant, and driver inquiries by phone, chat, and email; follows up on deliveries and cases; resolves issues at first contact; supports colleagues; and adheres to service, quality, and data-security standards.
