Horizon Farm Credit is hiring one full-time Customer Services Specialist for its Reedsville, Pennsylvania branch. The role handles customer inquiries by phone, in person, and email; processes payments and loan-related requests; supports loan servicing and branch administration; and promotes convenience products and business management solutions. The position requires office attendance during branch hours, strong communication and organizational skills, and generally 2–5+ years of related experience, with banking or finance training or experience preferred. Compensation is $38,900 to $55,700 annually, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
