The Customer Service Specialist supports Sherwin-Williams retail and wholesale customers by answering product questions, recommending solutions, resolving concerns, processing sales, maintaining inventory and store standards, and meeting sales goals. The role also includes tinting and mixing paint, stocking shelves, cleaning equipment, loading and unloading delivery trucks, and assisting with deliveries.
