Description
The Customer Service Specialist will work at Store #1869 in Dedham, Massachusetts, assisting wholesale and retail customers with Sherwin-Williams products, answering questions, recommending solutions, resolving concerns, and meeting sales goals. Duties include processing sales, maintaining customer files, pulling and stocking products, tinting and mixing paint, cleaning, loading and unloading delivery trucks, and maintaining inventory and store standards. The role requires applicants to be at least 18, legally authorized to work without sponsorship, hold an unrestricted driver’s license, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and 70 pounds occasionally; internal applicants must meet performance and eLearning requirements.
