Description
The Customer Service Specialist supports Sherwin-Williams retail stores by assisting wholesale and retail customers, answering product questions, recommending solutions, resolving concerns, and meeting sales goals. The role includes processing sales, maintaining customer and work files, pulling and stocking products, tinting and mixing paint, cleaning equipment, loading and unloading delivery trucks, and maintaining store areas. Applicants must be at least 18, legally authorized to work without sponsorship, hold an unrestricted driver’s license, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and 70 pounds occasionally; internal applicants must meet performance and eLearning requirements.
