Hydrotechnik GmbH is hiring a full-time Customer Service Specialist / Internal Sales professional in Limburg an der Lahn to support customers from initial contact through order processing. The role involves advising customers, preparing and following up on technical quotations, processing orders, coordinating delivery dates, supporting field sales and key account management, handling complaints, maintaining customer and order data in ERP and CRM systems, and improving sales and service processes. The position requires completed commercial or technical vocational training, preferably initial experience in internal sales, customer service, technical sales, or order management, along with strong communication, customer orientation, reliability, and German and English skills.
