The role supports customers from first contact through order processing, prepares and follows up on technical quotations, records orders, coordinates delivery dates, supports field sales and key account management, handles complaints, and maintains customer and order data in ERP and CRM systems. Candidates should have commercial or technical training, ideally sales-support or customer-service experience, strong communication skills, and German and English proficiency.
