Workster is recruiting Customer Service Specialists with German for an international consumer electronics support project in Sofia, Bulgaria. The role supports customers through social media and other communication channels, handles pre-sales and post-sales inquiries, troubleshoots product issues, documents cases, escalates complex matters, and meets quality and productivity KPIs. Candidates need C1 German, B1 English, customer service experience, MS Office knowledge, strong communication and organizational skills, and at least 20 WPM typing speed.
