AlgaeCal is hiring a Customer Service Team Lead to lead and coach a customer success team in a fast-paced, heart-centered environment focused on helping customers and driving service and sales performance. The role requires extensive customer service and management experience, strong CRM/contact center platform knowledge, and the ability to improve CSAT, conversion rates, and average order value. The position is based in Vancouver with a hybrid schedule, Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm PST, and offers a salary of $80,000 to $95,000 plus healthcare and professional development benefits.
