FERMO is hiring a Customer Service Technician for Heating and Plumbing to commission, maintain, and service in-house heating and plumbing systems, diagnose faults, perform minor conversion work, document service, and serve as the technical contact for clients. The role requires HVAC or heating/plumbing installation training, a driver’s license class B, and a customer-focused, solution-oriented approach; customer service or building services experience is advantageous.
