Delta Dental is hiring 10 Customer Service Trainees for a fully remote role based in Farmington Hills, Michigan. Candidates must reside in Michigan within a reasonable commuting distance for team meetings, collaborative sessions, and training, while training is hybrid. The trainee will research inquiries, respond to customer, group, and provider questions, maintain records, operate office equipment, correct claims and eligibility information, enter claims and subscriber data, and review coverage benefits. Applicants need a high school diploma or equivalent, one year of customer service experience in a business environment using a computer program, preferably in a call center or dental setting, and must pass a customer service simulation test.
