SWBB is hiring immediately or as of the earliest possible date for a Customer Service with Sales Affinity employee to support its Private Customers Sales team in Bietigheim-Bissingen and Sersheim. The role provides telephone, written, and personal customer support on energy products and tariffs; sells to private and commercial customers; creates and tracks offers and concludes contracts; maintains customer data; handles move-ins and move-outs; represents the company at trade shows; staffs the VES customer office; and performs occasional on-site sales activities. Candidates need completed commercial vocational training, customer-service or sales experience, strong customer orientation, sales ability, IT skills in Microsoft Office, and ideally Navision experience.
