CSUN is hiring a Customer Service Worker-Usher/Powered Cart Operator for intermittent, on-call work at the Younes and Soraya Nazarian Center for the Performing Arts and other campus theaters. The role provides customer service, ticket and program assistance, seating support, security monitoring, hospitality-area setup, and powered-cart maintenance. Applicants need a valid California driver's license; prior Soraya ushering, CPR/AED or First Aid, TIPS, catering, and food-service experience are preferred. The position pays $16.90–$17.50 per hour and may include evenings and weekends; applications are accepted through July 30, 2027 or until an adequate pool is established.
