Halfords is hiring a part-time Customer Services Advisor at its Westwood Retail Park site in Thanet, Kent. The role works 16 hours per week on a rota, including weekends, and involves fitting car parts, technology, and cycle components, servicing and building bicycles, and providing customer-focused service in a motoring and cycling retail environment. Candidates should have customer service experience, problem-solving ability, and ideally some car parts fitting or cycle repair experience; training is provided. The salary is £11.05–£12.91 per hour depending on age, with additional retail and employee benefits.
