Huda Beauty is hiring an Operations Executive to own the end-to-end B2B order management process from order receipt through delivery. The role manages order entry and validation in Microsoft Dynamics 365, coordinates with customers, warehouses, Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance, and other stakeholders, monitors availability and delivery risks, handles returns and shortages, prepares export documentation, and leads operational improvements. It is an 18-month fixed-term contract with hybrid working, private medical coverage, product gifting, coaching, and employee discounts.
