Creature Comforts is hiring a full-time Customer Services Representative for its East Island 24-Hour Animal Hospital in Hong Kong. The role handles daily reception operations, ensures timely and accurate service, provides basic medical information, answers client queries, and resolves problems. Applicants need a higher diploma or above, at least two years of customer service experience, and English and Cantonese communication skills; veterinary industry experience is advantageous. The position is based in Sai Wan Ho and Tseung Kwan O, with a five-day work week of 9.5–10 hours per day.
