The Customs Brokerage Agent is responsible for managing the customs process flow, entering and tracking customs data, preparing and submitting customs declarations, verifying declaration information, handling client billing, and ensuring compliance with customs regulations. The role requires knowledge of customs brokerage, classification, valuation, origin, ocean, road, and air documentation, along with strong computer, organizational, interpersonal, and English skills. The position reports to a Customs Brokerage Lead Agent, Supervisor, or Manager and includes medical health plan coverage and other employee benefits.
