The Columbus Metropolitan Library is hiring a part-time Customer Services Specialist for its Karl Road Branch. The role serves as a primary customer contact, handles library materials, accounts, technology, cash handling, location operations, collection maintenance, volunteer coordination, and training. The schedule includes Monday and Wednesday evenings, Thursday afternoon, alternating Friday and Saturday days, and Sunday afternoons as assigned. The starting pay range is $18.01–$23.26 per hour, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
