The Columbus Metropolitan Library is hiring a part-time Customer Services Specialist for its Shepard Branch. The role serves as a primary customer contact, handles library materials, accounts, technology, cash handling, location operations, collection maintenance, volunteer coordination, and training. The schedule includes Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday evenings; alternating Friday and Saturday days; and Sunday assignments. The position pays $18.01–$23.26 per hour and requires a high school diploma or G.E.D., effective communication, knowledge of Internet and database services, library technology proficiency, and reliable transportation.
