Miller Homes is recruiting a Customer Services Technician to work in the East Midlands region, primarily in Derby. The role involves carrying out multi-trade remedial work in occupied or unoccupied properties, reporting task status to the Central Office Hub, maintaining a safe and professional appearance, and obtaining customer satisfaction or completion notifications. Candidates should have experience in a similar role, ideally with another housebuilder, and possess knowledge of joinery, general labouring, bricklaying, plaster patching, and painting and decorating, along with strong customer service and professional relationship skills.
