Enpal is hiring a Customer Settlement Expert to own and resolve complex, escalated customer cases from pre- to post-installation. The role coordinates stakeholders across Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, Legal, Installation Partners, and Sales; manages technical, operational, financial, and legal aspects; identifies root causes; and ensures cases are fully resolved while improving internal processes. The position is on-site in Les berges du Lac 1, Tunisia, with a five-day workweek and two days off.
