Red Hat is hiring a Customer Site Reliability Engineer for its OpenShift Managed Cloud Services team. The role manages large-scale distributed systems, leads customer escalations and incident response, develops automation and code, collaborates with technical and infrastructure teams, documents knowledge, mentors colleagues, and participates in on-call rotation. It requires advanced OpenShift or Kubernetes experience, Linux and public-cloud systems expertise, enterprise monitoring and configuration management skills, software engineering experience, strong customer communication, and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
