Fresho is hiring an experienced Software Implementation Associate to lead supplier onboarding from post-sale handoff through go-live and early adoption. The role owns implementation scoping, customer training, data and platform configuration, accounting and operational integrations, troubleshooting, and launch coordination across wholesale food suppliers. It is based in Brooklyn, New York, with a hybrid schedule and regular travel to supplier sites. The position requires previous software implementation experience, fluent Spanish and English, strong Excel and analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple customer projects.
