Description
TXP is hiring a Customer Solution Architect for a permanent hybrid role in the West Midlands. The role owns solution design across the full pre-sales lifecycle, leading client discovery, solution conversations, proposals, RFP responses, and handover to delivery. It requires experience in IT services or consultancy, pre-sales solution design, and at least one of Financial Services, Insurance, or Public Sector, along with knowledge of cloud, Microsoft technologies, software engineering, integration, SaaS, and data and AI. The position also contributes to proposition development and offers benefits including private medical insurance through Aviva.
