Intelligent Audit is hiring a Customer Solutions Architect to serve as the primary technical lead for new and existing client requests, defining and managing software solutions from requirements through deployment. The role involves evaluating hardware and software integrations, maintaining technical design and implementation documentation, coordinating project resources, communicating with internal and external stakeholders, and delivering freight rate and auditing software solutions. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, 2–4 years of relevant experience, and experience with freight audit software, SQL, Jira or ticket management, Smartsheet, release processes, SDLC, and the Atlassian Suite. The position follows a Monday-through-Friday hybrid schedule.
