Cloudflare is hiring a Center of Excellence Engineer (Customer Solutions Engineer) in Bengaluru, India. The role provides post-sale technical onboarding, deployment readiness, configuration guidance, troubleshooting, customer enablement, documentation, and cross-functional coordination for Cloudflare customers. It requires 5–12 years of customer-facing technical experience, knowledge of Cloudflare products and networking fundamentals, hands-on dashboard and Terraform or API experience, observability skills, and basic Python and Bash proficiency.
