Zuora is hiring a Customer Solutions Engineer – Payments to partner with Account Executives and enterprise customers on payment strategy modernization. The role covers payment architecture, gateway and processor strategy, authorization performance, global expansion, solution design, technical presentations, workshops, architecture reviews, payment optimization, and complex RFPs and proof-of-concepts. Candidates need at least five years of enterprise solutions engineering, sales engineering, solution consulting, or solutions architecture experience, plus deep enterprise payments expertise and knowledge of payment ecosystems, APIs, webhooks, and integration patterns. The role offers a base salary of $99,500–$193,200 USD annually, with medical, dental, and vision insurance and other benefits.
