AWS is hiring a Customer Solutions Manager to help customers realize sustained business value through strategic cloud migrations and modern, cloud-native solutions. The role owns the end-to-end customer cloud journey, including technical architecture, program governance, roadmaps, success criteria, and execution across IT, executive, business, sales, solution architecture, enterprise support, product development, professional services, and partner teams. Candidates need at least five years of experience leading large-scale technical or engineering programs, three years in enterprise IT, a bachelor's degree in a science, technology, engineering, or mathematics-related field, and customer-facing experience.
