AWS is hiring a Customer Solutions Manager to help customers accelerate migration to the AWS cloud, build cloud-native solutions, and realize sustained business value. The role owns end-to-end customer engagements, including cloud adoption, migration execution, technical architecture, change management, strategic roadmaps, governance, and coordination across sales, solution architecture, support, product, professional services, and partners. Candidates need extensive technical and program-management experience, customer-facing experience, a bachelor's degree, and experience leading large-scale technical or engineering programs.
