Lumafield is hiring a Customer Solutions Delivery Program Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex customer solutions involving hardware, software application development, and system integrations. The role coordinates with customers, product and engineering teams, executives, and technical staff; owns project scope, timelines, risks, and change management; and develops scalable delivery processes. Candidates need a B.S. in engineering, at least 10 years of relevant experience, industrial or process engineering expertise, strong stakeholder communication, and U.S. citizenship or a green card. An MBA and technical expertise in software application development or embedded systems are bonuses.
