Odido is hiring a fully remote Customer Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for consumer customers, helping them with internet, TV, mobile, technical faults, installations, equipment, settings, and smart solutions. The role also involves identifying additional subscription or service opportunities. It offers a salary of €16.83 per hour including holiday pay, possible monthly bonuses, flexible contract options, paid training, and fully remote work. Applicants must speak fluent Dutch, have at least MBO level 4 working and thinking ability, be available for training and occasional evenings and weekends, and have experience with Odido; a Certificate of Conduct is required.
