Description
Proofpoint is hiring a Vice President, Customer Support Threat Protection to define and execute the global customer support strategy for its cybersecurity business. Reporting to the VP, Global Customer Support & Operations, the executive will lead worldwide 24x7 technical support, drive AI and automation innovation, improve customer satisfaction and retention, manage support operations and budgets, and partner with Product, Engineering, Security Operations, Customer Success, and Sales. The role also oversees talent development and succession planning for the support organization.
