Description
Sapien is hiring a customer-facing full-stack engineer to own customer success by building internal GTM tools, onboarding and integration systems, and customer-specific data pipelines and workflows. The role focuses on configuring customer modules, connecting to ERP/CRM/accounting systems, monitoring customer performance, debugging issues, and turning recurring customer needs into scalable product capabilities. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with React, TypeScript, Python, and SQL, is comfortable working directly with customers, and can ship pragmatic solutions in ambiguous environments.
