Description
ENPULSION is hiring a full-time Customer Success Engineer to support customers throughout spacecraft missions, from pre-sales and integration through on-orbit operations. The role serves as a technical partner, manages customer requirements and compliance matrices, supports sales and product integration, conducts AIT and customer tests, analyzes telemetry and thruster anomalies, automates analysis with Python, and provides on-orbit operations and technical documentation support. The position requires technical or scientific education, at least three years of aerospace or related experience, Python knowledge, electronics understanding, and willingness to travel; it is based in Vienna and offers a minimum gross monthly salary of EUR 2,918.14 plus home-office options.
