Convr is hiring a full-time Customer Success Manager to serve as the primary link between its AI underwriting and document automation platform and commercial insurance customers. The role focuses on driving platform adoption, managing account health and renewal readiness, presenting strategic solutions, supporting renewals and expansion, representing customer needs internally, and building customer success processes. Candidates need at least five years of SaaS Customer Success experience, three years of commercial P&C insurance experience, Salesforce, Zendesk, and Jira experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and a bachelor’s degree or proven experience.
