Optimove is hiring a Customer-Success Manager in Tel Aviv to serve as the primary client contact and drive customer success for its AI-powered marketing platform. The role owns customer relationships, provides end-user training and guidance, manages projects and crises, educates clients on new features, and supports ongoing enablement. It requires a bachelor’s degree, 1–2 years of relevant customer-facing experience, fluent English and Hebrew, strong communication and analytical skills, and the ability to learn and manage multiple tasks.
