Tractian is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join their Customer team. This role focuses on managing customer projects within the manufacturing maintenance sector, aiming to drive customer satisfaction, expansion, and operational excellence. The manager will support customers in utilizing Tractian's solutions such as Condition-Based Maintenance (CBM) and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), coordinate internal teams, identify growth opportunities, and lead onboarding and implementation activities.
