Typeform is hiring a Customer Success Manager based in the ET Timezone to partner with Enterprise customers throughout their lifecycle. The role focuses on activation, adoption, retention, expansion, renewals, risk mitigation, account reviews, and cross-functional collaboration to improve customer experience. Candidates should have customer success or customer relationship management experience, preferably in SaaS, along with strong communication, analytical, and process skills. The position offers a base salary of $65,000–$95,000 USD plus a 5–10% performance bonus.
