Mooncard is hiring a Customer Success Manager (CSM) for its public-sector work-study program in Paris. The role supports local authorities, public institutions, and ministries through client onboarding, deployment, training, relationship management, usage reporting, account growth, renewal planning, and collaboration with Sales, Support, and Product. The 12-month program begins in September 2026 and is intended for a Master’s Year 1 or 2 student in business school, IEP, university, or an equivalent program.
