CreatorIQ is hiring Customer Success Partners to serve as strategic advisors to complex, high-value agency partners, helping them scale influencer marketing programs and realize business outcomes. The role owns value realization across multiple brands, clients, regions, or business lines; advises on program governance, measurement, adoption, and growth; leads executive and strategic business reviews; and collaborates with implementation, product, support, sales, and insights teams. Candidates need at least two years of strategic, customer-facing experience, preferably in marketing or influencer agencies, along with strong stakeholder, executive, data, and organizational skills.
