Doctoralia is hiring a Clinics CS Business Enablement Manager to partner with the Clinics Manager and lead execution, efficiency, quality assurance, reporting, and coaching across the Spain Clinics CS team. The role owns QA workflows, implements global processes and AI solutions, establishes KPI-based performance visibility, and trains teams on customer expansion and commercial behaviors. It requires 3–5+ years of relevant experience, strong analytical and project-management skills, and fluency in Spanish and English.
