Description
Duck Creek Technologies is hiring a Software Configuration Engineering Senior Analyst to upgrade client applications to the latest base versions, analyze release impacts, debug and resolve issues, assess customizations and integrations, and support product upgrade and certification processes. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science or a foreign equivalent, at least three years of related system development and implementation experience, and hands-on expertise with C#, .NET, SQL Server, XML/XSLT, REST/SOAP APIs, and Duck Creek Billing. The position is aligned to a specific location, may begin remotely, and may transition to a hybrid arrangement.
