HiBob is hiring a permanent, fully remote Payroll Solution Architect (Payroll CSA) to advise clients on UK Payroll configuration, system design, integrations, compliance, and implementation planning. The role partners with Product, Customer Success, and R&D; troubleshoots payroll issues; develops onboarding playbooks; and helps shape the UK Payroll roadmap. Candidates need deep UK payroll knowledge, technical customer-facing experience, SaaS payroll implementation experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and fluent English. A CIPP qualification or equivalent is preferred, along with experience in payroll bureaus, HRIS or finance integrations, product roadmapping, SaaS platforms, payroll automation, analytics, or multi-country payroll.
