Description
The Supplier Support Associate reports to the Manager, Supplier Support and supports the team in obtaining declarations and other information from non-responsive suppliers in client supply chains. The role communicates with suppliers through email, chat, and conference calls; troubleshoots compliance requests; engages unresponsive suppliers through education and webinars; validates compliance data; and mentors Supplier Support Agents. The position requires strong English communication, a bachelor’s degree or higher diploma, 1–2 years of related experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Applications.
